The New Pup

Meet Crash...

He would probably hate to know I added flowers to his picture, since he thinks he is the biggest, badest dog on the block! Chris got him from a man who kept him in a backyard all day, without any social activity. You can guess how friendly he is. Although he has become okay with Chris, he still acts as though he is out to get me..and everyone else who comes within five feet of him.

I guess he doesn't like getting his picture taken, because right after this photo-op he decided I made him mad and wouldn't stop growling at me. I hope he gets nicer, because he looks soo soft and I would love to pet him!! Needless to say...I have really grown to appreciate Bandit :D
Wish us luck!

Northbound 35

Chris & I had a weekend getaway to San Antonio! For Christmas he got me Spurs tickets, so that was our main reason for going. We had a great mini vacation and got back just in time to watch the Super Bowl!

The first night we went to eat at Casa Rio, which is on the river walk. We tried to walk around for a little while, but it was too cold.

Too bad the glass was so dirty. Our hotel had toucans! This one was sleeping, but aren't they the cutest things?

It was a beautiful day on Saturday, so this time we walked all up and down the river walk!

After the game...Spurs won!

I'm late..well, really late. But here are some New Year's Eve pics of Chris' party!

This is a pic of the house driving in. Notice the huge TexDot sign that says 'Chrisapalooza 2009'. It flashed through several other things such as, 'Park In Front' (which no one saw) and 'Happy New Year!'

Whatalove

Everyone knows Chris' obsession with Whataburger, right? Well this shirt was one of his Christmas presents I got him. Perfect! Fancy ketchup! :) Also, he got a set of coasters that look just like the stickers they put on the hamburgers (dry, bacon, salad dressing, etc.) They are so cute!

Chris' Birthday Party

He knew what his birthday present was going to be, so I decided to make finding it interesting. I wrapped up a rock in a shoe box, with a riddle for his "scavenger hunt." I don't think he enjoyed it as much as I did, but it was still fun. At the end of my game his gun was hidden in the doll house behind his house.

The game just got fun! :)

Chris had mentioned he wanted to eat at Joe Cotten's BBQ for his birthday, so I decided to invite some of his friends as a suprise (on Saturday). I never imagined everyone I invited would show up! There ended up being 30 of us! He really has some great friends. Then, on his actual birthday, we went out to eat with his parents at POETS. So, all in all, he got to eat some pretty good food! :D

One end of the table...

And the other end.

Yum!

Chris and I decorated his Christmas tree in a complete western theme, compliments of Mrs. Galloway (thank you!), while Ryan assisted with the Christmas music. We think it turned out pretty darn nice!
